Finding Vital Statistic Info for Kentucky?

My sister claims she got married in Kentucky not long ago. I can't seem to find a site that actually deals with this stuff for free. I normally would ask a person, but my sister is a pathological liar. None of her friends were there to see for sure, so it's just word of mouth for them. Also, she is on probation here in Indiana. Can any of you help me?
