Would you trade Teixeira and Phil Hughes for Pablo Sandoval, Vernon Wells, and Chris Carpenter?

I know he always slumps but he usually doesn't strike out so much early on. What if this is the year he never really shakes it? I'll be stuck without the value he possesses now. Are those three enough value for him or would you ask for Adam Lind instead of Wells?
