Why does it seem like so many people seem to hate USC?

I don't know, I'm in high school currently, and like my dad I wanted to major in business at USC (my mom, grandfather, uncle, and two aunts have also gone to the school.) My first choice would be Stanford, but idk if I'd get in, and I know I'd get into USC because I do have good grades, etc, etc, and my parents are notable alumni and I'm a legacy. However, me and my friends were arguing this. I have lots of opportunities to attend pretty prestigious schools, and I'm pretty sure my grades could get me into schools like Duke, Brown, and Colombia (where I also have had relatives attend.) I'm most interested in Stanford though, although idk if I could get in. Is USC really that bad of a school for business?
