How do I put a facebook like box on my website?

So I made this website (for free :P) and I made a little facebook page (That Awkward Moment When You Overtake Someone On The Footpath :S - like if you want..) and I saw how you can connect it to another website, but I was just wondering how do I exactly do that? Please help.. :)
