Oil central heating - fumes, failing to ignite?

Kel is your uncle experienced in oil burner service? Not trying to criticize but adjustment on newer equipment requires a smoke tester. It will ure that the air mixture is proper. Its sounds like its getting too much air for ignition.uming he changed nozzle and checked electrodes, I'd make sure ignition transformer isn't weak.
