Any scary,freaky,gory,disturbing,c… that happened to life ghost stories?

I used to live in a haunted house when I was little and after moving I still have spirits that seem to follow me. I once was walking down the hallway when I heard something scraping the wall. I turned around and it was a little boy that I could kinda see through. He looked about 5 or 6. Scared the freaking life out me cause I was only about 8. I kept seeing the same little boy for 2 years until I moved. But once I would turn around he would look up at me, and stay for about 3 seconds and then vanish. And yes I do believe in ghosts obviously :)
