This is a tough one. I hate to say it, but you have to go cold turkey. The first few days will be really hard and the cravings will be huge. After a couple of days, your body will no longer crave the sugar and you will start to feel much better. Stick to whole grains, fruits, and vegetables to get your carbohydrates. To get through the cravings, just keep reminding yourself that the cravings won't last forever and in the long run, you will be healthier for giving the candy up!! Best of luck to you!
