I am travelling to bangkok on 22 apr with family is it safe ? are shopping markets safe ?

It has always been safe for tourist here in Thailand. No tourist has been harmed in any way in the last few years due to any protest. However they have been travel inconveniences because of road blockages and airport shut down. As of now the Reds have left Bangkok and have been suppress.
