What did Tracy Morgan mean when he said "If you can take a d**k, you can take a knife"?

"If you can take a d!ck you can take a joke". I guess. He meant gays shouldn't be so sensitive. IMO. He was joking and didn't literally mean he would do that to his son. He told a joke that bomb. He has apologies and is trying to make amends. 文
