Why is Colombia exluded from Yahoo Answers travel list?

It includes the Lebanon which is in a drawn-out war! So why is it ‘forbidden’? Is it too tiny and insignificant? Is the land of Juan Valdez a ghost town to which no one visits - at all? Or is this another 'American' thing? What’s the deal?
