Will getting Josh Smith, Jose Calderon and dumping Shawn Marion help the Phoenix Suns?

Josh Smith is coming to an end on his current contract and he will be paid BIG bucks in the coming year or 2... Marion is all ways consistent, yes it is a little down this year but who doesn't have a few of those years he is still pretty productive defensively. As for the PG getting Calderon will be difficult as he is wanted by a lot of teams and Josh Smith will be just as hard to obtain... what would help is getting a better PF so Marion can slide back down to SF. Diaw is good but not an inside presence
